Summary: I would have given my stay an excellent score if we didn’t havr a person randomly knocking on our room door at 8:30am supposedly thinking we have already checked out! To make matters worse, stepping out to grab coffee and coming back to the room to not being able to open our room door cause now our room key doesnt work!! Isn’t checkout at 11am and not earlier??????????

Summary: The room was nice, bed comfortable, air works good, breakfast was good with variety of foods. Only problem was toilet seat was broken but they got it fixed.

Summary: The stay was fine. Nice to have a continental breakfast. Was given keys to an incorrect room which was occupied. This was embarrassing. Then the front desk clerk fixed the issue.
